The Complete Set

Having bought my PAM 0104 from a well known UK dealer I was very diappointed to find that I was missing the two outer boxes from the Panerai packaging + there was small damage to the pear wood box (i.e. one of the crews had came out of the bracket connecting the lid)

Question does the PAM 104 come with a screwdriver? this also seems to be missing.

I want to send them an email seems I found an old email from them.

Hey Dave... your 104 is a K series.. and it is a quick release. it should come with two litle tools..
1-the quick release plastic pen that splits into two..
2-a screw driver for the buckle....

PS. don't cook tonight... a leg of lamb still untouched...

So sorry to hear that, Dave.
I think you must return that item to your AD.

It was sold as used (I knew this) the watch remained in the UK until I picked it up in July, six months after I purchased it from Watchfinder.co.uk.

I've sent an email of complaint.

The screw in the lid coming out is not unheard of. Happened to me. The boutique's usually have someone that can fix it. Good Luck. The boxes... Not as big of a deal unless you want to sell the watch one day. Being that it will be 3rd - 4th hand if you were to sell it. Maybe the boxes are not as critical. Just enjoy the watch? Does the watch look okay and keep good time?
