Is this normal ?
I got my watch pre-owned 10 months ago with one year warranty. My watch was running fast,60+ seconds a day fast so I took it to my AD and left it there for five weeks. When I went to pick it up two days ago,I asked the lady for the invoice because I wanted to know what has been done to it. When she came back with my watch she told me they are unable to give me the invoice but she wrote down in a piece of paper (which she kept) what has been fixed or replaced. It was a loooong list but that's all I get?
Thanks in advance. |

Very fishy, but very unproffesional.
