Or you could just replace your green "anniversary" bezel with a black one. Helluva lot easier!

That won't get you the Maxi dial or the GMT crystal, besides, he went back to black.

I don't understand the reference to the GMT IIc crystal, and, I really like that non-reflective cyclops.

Please tell us more.

Excellent Work Jocke!
This brings up a question. IF i sent my LV in for service and get a new crystal would I get a AR coated cyclops?

It's from the GMT IIc the current model with ceramic bezel insert that is the only one
that I know have the antireflective cyclop. I'm not sure if the Submariner have got it yet.

I normally do not agree with customizing a Rolex. However:
1. Genuine Rolex parts were used
2. They were used in a combination very close to factory specifications

IMHO, that is the precise upgrade that should have been done to the Sub. A parachrom hairspring does not excite me nearly as much as it does some folks. The Submariner was supposed to be a tool watch, and that's what this one still is!!! I would rather have your mods than have a new supercase Sub.

Add a new crystal and nice, new gaskets, you've got a true winner! I simply MUST find a source for parts in the U.S.. Would your guy assist me, perhaps?

Bravo, Jocke!
