new 328!
well 2 days ago i traded in my audemars ROO rubber clad and my rolex daydat II for the new PAM 328 bracelet with 1950's case and inhouse mov..
I also took the cash difference and put it in the bank. I decided to use the difference to go towards my engagment ring i was going to give to my girlfriend of 5 years. i want to purpose this newyears to her and want to get her a nice ring and decided instead of putting myself in the hole, minds well get rid of the two loves of my life since she is more important to me... i am still hurting over my loss, i needed a watch, have not been watchless since i as 5 years old and even then i had a watch i think! it was between the LV, pam 328, or deepsea. after checking them all out i bought the 328 as an every day watch. I got my ad to give me 15% off and paid cash for it. i really love it, this will be my 3rd panerai but now this is my only watch in my collection until i save up for my next big purchase. my next watch will have BIG shoes to fill.. i will add pics of the watch later after work. what is everyones thoughts on the new pam 328? i used to hate the new style bracelets, but its kinda growing on me, i tried at my ad to fit the original style bracelet on the 328 but it won't fit the 1950's case... i still love the older style bracelet but the watch over all is clean , the 3 day power reserve is great. your thoughts? |

Nice! Its hard to choose between those two beauties.
Btw, I have a jeweler friend, if you are looking for an engagement ring, if you are in SE Michigan. |

Sweet, this is the first one I have seen. How do you like the new bracelet?

i think it will do. i mean i don't have a choice, if i did i would choose the older style hands down, but the new style bracelet has 2 half links as the older style only had one half link so i am able to get a much better fit on the new style bracelet. also it has all threaded screws and the older bracelet had a combination of screws and cheap push pins.. from a distance, this actually looks like the older bracelet, the links take on the same shape and style, but up close you notice it is one piece link and not two.
