[Poll] 116500LN (White) or 126500LN (White)
You can only pick one, which do you take? Numbers don’t lie.

Having just got a 126519, trust me the 126 line is great there’s so many improvements, but 116500 white dial is stunning, noticeably bezel has more presence, I really don’t like the thinner sub-dials ….

The new one since it would be new from an AD.

Karleone, who is also a user in here, did this poll some weeks ago on IG, with a sample size that I believe is a little bigger than what we are going to get in here.

Thanks for sharing. Looks like the 116500LN (White) won that polling, though these old eyes had to squint to confirm! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I much prefer the newer iteration. To my eye, it looks more refined

11 if i had to choose. I prefer the no ring on bezel and the thicker sub dials. Looks more bold and has more character for me.

Followers are irrelevant, as it does not say much about how many that voted and lots of people could not care less about the Daytona. But from the number of comments on that poll (45 with 219k followers), it does not look like it had the greatest traction. Also, that specific poll is over a year old, lots can have happened since that in people preferences, which of course also could mean that more people now would prefer the new Daytona, but that is why newer data is more relevant.

It’s always difficult to judge and compare two watches on renders.
I own the white 126500 and black 116500 and very happy with the pair. I really prefer the 126500 vs 116500 for the white dial because I find the black subdials to be too thick on the white 116500 (the differences on the black dial are less visible) |

95% could not distinguish between these two on first glance. Looks like Pandas and Daytonas

The thick subdials on the 116 look so goofy. Have to go 126.

I voted.
It’s the one on the right with the flatter case back and beautiful side case lines.

126500.
After the release of the 126500, the fat subdials of the 116500 lost all the appeal.

The 11 series was a sensation when it first released in 2016.
https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/be...he-new-daytona https://www.fratellowatches.com/new-...-changed/#gref The 12 didn’t get the same fanfare, but it was classic Rolex evolution versus revolution. It might also be the better technical timepiece. I voted 11 (White), and might still prefer the 12 (Black), and it’s fascinating to see that those aspects some owners dislike (bulkier case and bezel ring on 12 or classic proportions and bolder subdials on 11) are the very reasons other owners prefer their reference. WIS and collector discourse at its finest! |

126500 all the way! IMO,the outer ring around around the bezel makes it look more complete and classic looking.

11 for me. Not a fan of the thinner subdials and silver ring around the bezel on the 12.
