In general watches don't just stop running have you tried manually winding it,if that don't work then yes you have a problem possible mainspring broken.

I recently had my Daytona serviced at Dallas RSC. Great job, and only three weeks from shipping out to receiving it back. I think it was $1300 including $150 shipping each way. So you are getting a "bargain" walking it in!
FWIW, I asked for a light polish and the I think they did a great job!

I've experienced a couple time after power runs out, that hand winding it doesn't work. I had to wear it and walk around the house for a bit to get it going. I feel the wheels are turning but no power. I've also been able the wind it sometimes so it's not consistent.

Warning! There have been reports on TRF that RSC no longer accepts walk in drop off of a watch for service. I suggest calling RSC Dallas - 214-871-0500 |

I thought RSC in Dallas had closed
I had my submariner 16610 serviced there in 2014 and have since been told they closed that location.
