40mm Sub vs SD43 bracelet length

Anyone know if the total length of the 116610 (40mm ceramic Sub) bracelet is the ~same as the SD43 bracelet? Not including the SD43 Diver's Extension Bracelet when opened.

Alternatively, does anyone know if the 116610 (40mm ceramic Sub) and the SD43 have the same # of links, and if those links are the same length? (of course width isn't the same)

Generally for modern Rolex watches SS (Milgauss, GMT M-II) I am unable to wear without 1-2 extra links. But SD43 fits just fine with no extra links even without Glidelock fully extended.

I'm not able to try on a 40mm Sub, and they aren't in ADs anymore to try on, so I would appreciate hearing from someone who has both and can confirm or who knows from experience.
