Retro fiitting a good bracelet to a 116518
I have a YG Daytona 116518.
It has a leather strap as standard and I sometimes wear it on a Rubber B. I was just wondering does anyone know if it would take a gold bracelet and if so which one? |

I don't know for sure, either, but just two weeks ago I made the jump from a leather-strap 116518 to a full gold 116528, and one of the reasons was that I found a dealer willing to take my 116518 plus the price of a gold bracelet. (Where that "price of a gold bracelet" is the MSRP difference between a new 116508 and an oysterflex 116518.) It's worth considering that upgrade path.

I think that is you have an oyster flex you can’t go solid and vice-versa. Even if you get an original Rolex oyster flex bracelet. There are some straps with end links or connectors to case end links that you maybe able to use in leather and rubber. Horus, etc….
Ive seen PM Daytona in a leather strap before. |

That’s correct. The actual endlink can be removed but then there will be a strange and big gap on the case and it’s impossible to fit a full gold bracelet.
