Dial Swap

Ask five different people, get eight different answers. but... just spoke with the Dallas service center. All dial swaps now have to be on all purchases five years or older. I know some people in the past have got lucky on a walk-in basis in New York, but was told this is the new standard. Just a PSA...

That's correct now watches must have passed their 5 year warranty date and they will only change the dial if it was originally available to that reference watch.

Peter is correct, dial swaps only on watches that are 5 years

It's been like this for a couple of years now, but yes that is indeed correct.
