SAP codes on outer white box and bottom of inner green box
Hi all. I have two Rolexes I purchased in the past couple years from my AD and I took all the identifying paperwork/hang tags, etc. out of each and placed them elsewhere. Now I have two rolex boxes identical in every way shape and form, the only difference being the SAP codes on the white outer box that matches the bottom of the green inner box. One is SAP 39139.01 and the other is SAP 39139.8064. Both boxes are "Oyster M" sized. I am now trying to identify which box came with which of my two watches. One is a 2022 Oyster Perpetual 41mm green dial 124300 and the other is a 2023 Rolex Submariner "bluesy" 126613LB.
Please help me identify which box goes to which. Thank you! |

I don’t think there is a way to differentiate them; if they’re both the size M, then either could have come with either watch. I wouldn’t worry about it as the boxes and watches aren’t married in any way.

I can vouch for that. I just bought a watch and saw the AD pull a new box from a storage shelf, and I asked for the white sleeve to protect it, and they reached into another cabinet and pulled a sleeve out. They are not really related except by size S M L.

My 2022 Pepsi came with a 39139.01 white sleeve and green box. OYSTER M on both and that includes the white hangtag. Boxes and affiliated packaging are connected to the white hangtag that comes with the watch from the factory. In this case OYSTER M. It's up to the AD to assemble the proper green box, white box, and white outer sleeve. It's not that hard to do, especially with early 2020 releases as the complete codes (XXXXX.XX or XXXXX.XXXX) are on the green box and the white sleeve. This was my experience and if there was an overlap in packaging sent to the AD, these could get switched and no one would be the wiser. At least that is one data point for you. YMMV.

The box I got with my DD 40 was a medium box.

SAP codes on outer white box and bottom of inner green box
Both of my watches from AD are very new: 2023 and 2024. Both white sleeves have the same number as your 39139.8064. Both have size M boxes. Your newest watch goes with that number. Your older watch with the other one.
