I’m part of the club now!
My AD has offered two different watches. The first, an Explorer 40, I passed on. I bought the second offering, an Explorer II, black dial. The Explorer II is the perfect size for my 7” wrist. It’s also “different enough” to be interesting.🙂

Congrats - great choice. Worn mine most days for nearly two years and still love putting it on in the morning.
It’s the first watch I’ve owned where I really can’t imagine ever parting with it. And you’re right - more unusual - I’ve still never seen anyone else wearing one. |

Congratulations. I think the Explorer II is an under appreciated watch and the black dial version the most.

The black Explorer II is the ultimate sleeper Rolex. Well done!
