Hello all:

Looking for possible new AD. Are they any different than Hing Wa Lee, Bhindi, Hyde Park or nearby Ben Bridges.

I probably wouldn’t waste my time with Backdoor Bhindi.

Been there a few times over the years. From what it seems they don’t receive a crazy amount of inventory, try to push jewelry, and other brands to bundle Rolex purchases.

It also depends on what you’re looking for and what you’re willing to spend.

Last time they had some PM pieces for sale. A YG sky dweller I think.

But to answer your question…. No. They are all the same.

I used to go to the SWG in Mission Viejo. Went to see new white dial Tudor GMT when it came out. They had “exhibition” piece, and said if I bought a couple Omegas and Breitling, my place on the waitlist would improve. Handed it back to her, walked out, and 3 months later bought it from Tudor boutique at South Coast Plaza instead.

I gave them second chance when BB Monochrome was released. Again, they played the scarcity game, and that I’d have to prove myself worthy. Same result, I walked out and bought it from Tudor boutique about 6 weeks later.

…kinda bums me out because I was trying to establish relationship with very local AD. But their focus is apparently short term quick-buck, instead of winning over customer for next 25 years.
