Which one looks better?

Hello, watch enthusiast. I have a question that I would like your opinion on. I am considering parting with one watch, and I would like to know which one you think looks better on my wrist. Please disregard the current hype and cost of the watches when making your decision.

Additionally, if you feel comfortable answering, I would also like to know which watch you think will hold or increase in value over time.

Thank you in advance for your advice. I appreciate your time and expertise.

The platinum Daytona looks better, but you wear both watches too loosely for my liking

I'd keep the Daytona with regards to all the factors you mentioned. But what's your reason to part with one? Is it to get something else in it's place?

If you are worried about “investment potential”, I would sell both and properly invest your money.

Daytona might be with more potential and more comfortable (that is only you can tell) but the yellow gold looks more beautiful to me, chrono watches doesnt ooze with luxury to me

The real question is which one do you think looks better? If you are proposing to gift to me the watch I like best I'll have a longer think about it.

I think the Daytona is more versatile but that sub is quite a statement on the wrist.

I’d keep both if you can since they are so different.

I think the Submariner looks better with your skin tone

I can also read the time at a glance (if that’s important to you).

If you're worried about "value", the Daytona is tying up over 3 times more money than the Sub.

What's better is in that persons eyes, but all the watches in the pictures would look better when worn on the wrist just above the wrist bone.

Fully agree.
Too loose, it touches the hand and end up being vulgar, especially with a gold watch.

Yeah neither of these would be considered investment grade.

Go for the zenith rainbow Daytona though.

It’s a personal choice but for me the sub looks better. The dial on the Daytona doesn’t do it for me at all

I'd keep the Daytona and sell the sub I have a 126618LB and I'm about to sell it because the yellow gold just isn't for me anymore I prefer rose gold

Thank you very much for your advice. I am indeed contemplating the possibility of reducing the size of my collection. One of these pieces came to mind because they are both crafted from precious metals. However, if I do decide to part with them, the funds will most likely be directed towards the acquisition of a new watch in the future.

Thanks for your response. That is a difficult question. That is why I am asking you all. However, my attention is always drawn more to yellow gold, and nowadays, that could be a negative aspect, depending on the location where I am wearing the watch. I do appreciate precious metals, but I prefer not to display them ostentatiously.

Thank you for your fashion advice. I will certainly give it a try. However, I do prefer my watches to be a bit looser.

Both look fine on your wrist. Just personal preference as to which you like better. Neither are ROI monsters. Two totally different looks…I’d personally keep a PT Daytona over a YG Sub

I think the Sub is a better fit for your wrist. Daytona looks a touch small on you. But obviously both are fantastic watches.
