Closing: Park Promenade Orlando

FYI for anyone who is Still buying from ADs, Park Promenade in Orlando and Winter Park are both closing. These 2 stores are very reputable, albeit inflexible on pricing (better than Mayor's though).

The discount (so far): 10% off SS / 15% then 5% off TT and Gold models. I'm hoping will get better over time. Newspaper reported closing in December.

Last year they had 20% off all Rolex, but did not have the model I was looking for.

Hope this helps some people.

Let me get this straight, last year you could get 20% off anything, but they still could not sell enough to keep the doors open. Now that they're closing they're offering 10-15% with an extra 5%.
Sounds like someone needs to go back to business school. It's no wonder they're closing. When a Philly area dealer went out of business last year the Rolex discount was 28%, Omega was 35%. By the time I heard about it, all the SS models were gone. I probably should have picked up a TT DJ for the little lady. I asked about a platinum DD, but they told me the only one that they had had sold. Just as well, she would have been Really pissed.
Regards,

I was in the Orlando store just last night. They have a good amt of stock. As I mentioned a few weeks ago I was offered 20% off on a SD.

By chance did they offer more for TT or gold models? I saw a RG Daytona about a month ago, but the manager couldn't close the deal with only 23% off.

Update. Made the trip myself. Many SS and TT model remaining. Loads of DD left in WG / RG / YG.

Firm 20% off on all TT and Gold models. Salesperson told me discounts will increase for remaining products as liquidation progresses.
