My culinary homage to my new acquisition, the GMT IIc

While I was pondering what to prepare for Sunday dinner, I had an epiphany! Why not make something from the land that spawned my cherished timepiece? Swiss Steak!!!! I also used Swiss cheese in the frittata I made for breakfast I know, I'm crazy

That looks great. Just curious, is that one serving or for several people. My better half put me on the twigs n grass diet lately, missing some decent food.

No, that was for both the wife and me, plus leftovers. Being on a diet, I can see why you might think otherwise
