Have you checked your subdials?

Many people who own chronographs don't really use the function of the chronograph. I am one of those people and today I found out that one of my sub dials is not working. It has been over 2 hrs and my 12 hrs sub dial hasn't moved.

This isn't on a Rolex, but it does make me wonder if anyone who has a Daytona may have the same issue and not know it because they don't use the function.

Strange... not for me all my sub dials.. work perfect.. one for minute counting and the other for hours.. when the chronograph is engaged...

Mine are "poor man" Daytonas but all sub dials are functioning correctly. I use mine at least one a week.

I had a Tag Formula 1 chrono some years back. It would keep perfect time but the sub dials wouldn't work. I took it in for service at the local AD and it turns out the battery was dead. I want to say it had two batteries, but not sure about that. I still have the watch but it doesn't work anymore and Tag is not longer making parts. I really liked that watch, too.
