? Right Thread ? Bracelet Stamp?
Don't know if this is the proper place to post a question about the stamp marking inside of an Explorer2 bracelet. Please forgive/advise if it isn't.
So, here goes, if this is the place. Below the STEELINOL engraving there is a 5 digit number, (which I'm familar with seeing), followed by the letter 'A', which I'm not familar with. The letter A is also not listed on my warranty card with the Bracelet Number, (78790), no A. Anybody, any idea what the A signifies? Thanks for any insights, and sorry if this isn't the proper thread for my question. Looking forward to sleeping tonight in Baltimore. |

"A" is a year code indicating 1976.

Does anyone know if this is the code for the bracelet or the watch?
I don't think it can be the watch, as the other code above the STEELINOX is EO6, (2007 as I understand it for the watch head itself?), and the Explorer2 is a Serial 'Z', with the laser engraved logo at the 6 o'clodk position. |
