Between the two I pick the OP like some said here the JLC is a bit boring and not as versatile. If you want something other than a Rolex I would look into getting a Grand Seiko. Beautifully made watches for very reasonable prices.

I've been after this same JLC for a long time. Well really, a dress watch in general, but the Master Control always ends up right at the top of my list because it offers a lot of watch for the money (especially used).
I find the Master Control looks much slicker in person than it does in photos. It's dressy, but the Arabic numerals at 6,9 and 12 make it a bit of a hybrid. I think the JLC would be a perfect compliment to your GMT. I love the OP, but swapping steel Rolex for steel Rolex doesn't give you near the variety of swapping steel Rolex for a JLC on a leather strap. Good luck choosing! |

i would go with JLC as it will complement your BLNR very well.....BLNR can be your casual piece and JLC could be your formal piece that you can wear to work.....
