The first posts were a little artistic (I'm trying, but I'm still no Jocke.) This one is just a clinical detail shot, when viewing please keep in mind it's 40 years old and has blemishes...

Have a good night TRF, I have things to attend too.

John

A watch with a rich history behind it. The 1680 has always been "THE" Rolex for me and as they age, I feel even greater appreciation for not only how great a watch it was, but still is!

The most beautiful watch I think I have ever seen - I would love to buy one of those but just looked on the Vintage Watch (London) website and I think they are just a tad beyond my price range!
