Hello!

My wife had the same problem. A LadyOyster, with President bracelet.

First we chose a champagne, "Gold" dial. We meant, it fits the Gold appearance of the Watch best.

Later on, while carrying ( haha, am I on the wrong forum, shall I take the 9 mm or Tuxedo and PPK? ;-)) she discovered, that

A) the time is hardly readable, as Gold Hands on Gold background may look good, but are simply not practical.

B) the champagne dial gets OLDER, gets somewhat discoloured, and then its even worse readable!!

So, on servicing, we decieded, to change the dial.

I ( yes, I, in our marriage >I< am the BLING type! :-0 ) voted for MOP and Diamonds.

My wife is definitely understatement loving ( she can afford that from her looks ;-)), so it became a white dial with Roman Numericals.

Can only say, hat she has better taste than me ...

so if I ever get "my" DD II, it will be in YG with Roman numericals on the dial

(( pssht, but they will be on BLACK Tahitian MOP ))

;-)

... with President bracelet, to match hers!

Buy whatever tickles her fancy ;-),

Hermann

For me, I'd leave it as it is. It is a bling watch and very fashionable right now. Its the classic gold rolex in my opinion. i used to dislike gold watches, but if I had the money, I'd definitely get one. Sheer class. Whatever dial you settle on will look great

white

I think the gold is a great look on a DD, but I prefer a white dial.

Nothing like a DD white dial with roman numerals!!! My all time favorite. Beautiful watch.

I would go with a black dial. Great contrast to the gold, really makes it shine. People will notice your watch from much farther away.

I like the white dials no diamonds. Diamonds are for the ladies. But, to each there own

I would if I could QC.

It's a tiny fleck of gold under the crystal.
