It only lets me block people with negative feedback. It wont let me block new ebay members(which is probably good because how would anyone new guy start)

I have to agree with that , in Belgium there is that same tradition to consider the Dutch to be tight with money . I have met many Dutch people and consider some of them very good friends , I can assure you that tight would be the last thing I would associate them with . If people confuse an astute business sense with tight that is their problem . Take Jack up on his suggestion and spend some time there , ok the weather is not ideal all year round , but the atmosphere is warm .. Amsterdam i would say.. hot !
