Love the contrast on the black dial - I would choose black.

Have both, white does not photograph as well as black does.

Had black first, then white. My other watches are all black faced so that adds some bias, but white dial daytona is so clean and nice in person.

The Daytona and Exp II are the two SS models that I feel look better with a white face. I also think the Daytona looks better in two-tone than SS or even all gold.

That dial is a killer!

Only in Europe can one have that dial installed on an SS Daytona... anywhere else you need really good connections.

When my AD told me most of their customers request white, my preference was confirmed. Black.

In reality, White dial is the best for SS Daytona. I had seen the exact black SS Dial in white gold. However, the white dial was never available in any other metal.

I wonder if that make the white SS Daytona one of the most sorted item once 116520 discontinued

White. Much easier to read, in my opinion. That is, if course, if telling the time is a consideration...

I prefer the white as it's easier to read, better contrast, and not any other white dials in my collection.

You can have it for your average SS Daytona in Europe?

I might check that out..

Are there other Dials that are available in Europe?

As said, you can.... IF you have the right connections; mostly meaning you've spent a lot of money at the AD's during the years and can get your way due to that.

Myself don't have those connections since although I've bought many Rolex watches during the years, they were just "standard" ones (not the expensive ones made of gold and set with gemstones etc.).
