Congrats. And beautiful photos, OP. Really capture the vibrant red bezel in these.

Kind of too curvy.
I also agree. The 2's have too much of a "hook" to them. I'm not an expert, but from what I've read this may be an aftermarket bezel insert.

Thank you for weighing in as well. Hopefully a few more experts are able to provide comments as well; may swing by RSC to get it sorted it the bezel does turn out to be aftermarket. Perhaps I should also post a thread to get the bezel checked and/or replaced.

Congrats buddy Won! Classic Coke is hard to beat and RSC should be able to replace the insert for you :-)

Looks good. In terms of the insert, here is one put in by Rolex 2 months ago.

It does look slightly different. If you are close to a rsc, it will be 50 quid or equivalent to get a new one and I guess they would tell you if the one you have is real or not.

Thank you all for the kind words!

Fred, thank you sir! If the insert does turn out aftermarket, I will likely get it replaced at RSC. From the vintage threads, seems like a 50-50 opinion.

Pexus, aaaah a familiar name! Cheers bud; yours looking good as well!

Steve, thank you for sharing a picture of yours. In all honestly... my untrained eye can barely catch the differences. Mine below:

Mineral... three?! Three!!

Compliments, great watch - and I prefer Coke over Pepsi ("watching" and drinking both)
