Love this one, well done!

Maybe upgrade the clasp with a flip lock and easy link as post #6 suggests is missing from this watch

I really really like the OP white dial in 34mm

The minimalistic design is killer

Updated movement and power reserve, possibly and maybe slimmer lugs like they did with the DJ. I am on the brink of ordering a white dial OP 36 (or 39), but if I can have patience, I would like to see what the new OP looks like, if they are going to change it. The current 36mm in white dial is my favorite, and nearly perfect, but if it did have slimmer lugs then it would actually be the perfect modern Rolex in my opinion.

Does the bracelet (and end links) from the 214270 fit the OP 39?

My only issue is that the bracelet doesn't have an easy-link extension, which put me off. Having joined TRF I have found out that you can get the necessary parts to change the bracelet to accommodate the link.

So the OP is back on my wants list, now just need to find the money.

Yes, I like the white OP. If Rolex make an olive green OP I'll buy it in a heartbeat.

Thanks, but it's the plain white dial that appeals in the OP range, the Explorer has its own qualities.

I’m not sure to be honest

I was actually wondering if a sub clasp might fit

That would be really cool

lol no offense but your delusional.

I helped my friend pick up a OP39 this past week by simply cold calling all the ADs in my area and I live in Los Angeles. its been 6 days and I am still getting calls from reps offering me an OP.

Both are 20mm but you would have to try it for size.

I also love the OP range especially the white and black models.
I have a 34mm and looking to add a 39mm to complement it.
I have visited at least 6 AD in Hong Kong, and 0 Oyster Perpetual 39mm available (any color) and they checked the overall stock of their others branches and it's the same. I am wondering if it's because Rolex is preparing to launch a new model in September with the new 70h movement therefore not many OP shipped recently ...

The Oyster Perpetual 39 white, 114300. Never expect it to be this good if a watch. I have experienced the explorer 214270, the DJ41 and a few others. This watch really surprised me.
Curious as to which you prefer of the three you mention?

OP white and black are so amazing! White though has a uniqueness with that dial that is unmatched!

At least in NYC area, I’ve called dozens of ADs and none have OP39 in stock — except for one in far NJ and that was only in grape

Depends on your taste. All 3 are great watches by itself. Personally I like the DJ41 most, the OP 39 and then the explorer. But happy to own any of them.

Nah, no offense *you're just a range snob or lucky to have connects with ADs.

The experience of the vast majority, outside of LA and perhaps a few other US regions, is that the OP is very difficult to get.

Check the past few threads on the subject for evidence.
