I’ve read all the posts in this thread. And my reading comprehension is pretty good. So I’ll take your lack of response as meaning you don’t really have one.

I understand. I used to have a great relationship with my SA for many years before she retired. If I was on a list for something, I know she would look after me. I would also tell her when I was not interested in something that I already told her I was.

Plus, when you make the decision you have mentally gotten off that train and don't worry or think about it any more.
