It depends on which one you will be happy wearing.

If it was me, I would keep the 5512, and try to fund the DC some other way. I love them both!

I'd say no. The 5512 is a classic. The new daytona, in my opinion, is sorta ehhhhhhh.

Depends how attached I was to the 5512 and how perfect an example it is.

I would keep it because the 5512/13 case is the most comfortable on my wrist, and I would add the Daytona C, but if you are tired of it, sell it.

I'd hate to part with that. Do whatever you can to start up a "Daytona fund".

As said before, how much wrist time, are you attached to the watch, what else is in the collection? Have you seen the Daytona in person and tried it on? Answer all these questions and if the answer is that you want the Daytona, move on it. If you are unsure, wait.

Sure, if you like it better. Your watch isn't exactly rare, nor is it exactly original, so I would rather have the Daytona.

If the 5512 was all original (dial, hands, etc) then no. Otherwise I would do the trade

I would trade your 5512 for a Daytona Ceramic.

A perfect example (in my eyes) 5512 I would not

Those 2 are quite different watches. I would say no, but it's your choice!!

Nope. I would save/move other watches if needed to fund a Daytona-C.
