Thats why you diversify and hoard em all. This way if even one takes off, you've made your money back :D

Per RSC the 16520 and 116520 have the same bezel. Mine has scuff marks on it and they offer to replace them for $250. Worth just buying one now just in case?

The very end series A model might have been fitted with the same bezel but 99% of 16520 have thier own bezel...look at the words and letters they have much different spacing...116520 have a lot of space between and 16520 not much spacing....newer 116520 bezel will fit the 16520 but it’s just going to be a service replacement and hurt the value on a zenith because it’s nOt original to the watch....

Well most certainly the Zenith made in much smaller numbers that the in-house powered ones which has been in production since 2000.And now we have the 116500 which is basically the same watch except for a ceramic bezel plus a few other purely cosmetic changes.Although the modern Daytona has been always hard to get at retail there are still many many thousands of them in this world. And over the next few years expect the same for the ceramic.Myself always buy watches I want to own and wear and not for there perceived collectable status that today is mainly fired up by the internet. In today's Rolex world by many Rolex have stopped being watches to be bought and enjoyed now little more than ££££$$$$.
