Air King

When the maxi case Air king Came out I just couldn't come to terms with all those colours and numerals on the dial, thus I side lined it and frankly ignored it. Recently I saw one in the flesh and WOW, what a watch. Milgauss type case and size, big block big a$$ case sides, this is a beauty. I will have to re-think this reference and possible break into my piggy bank
(again).

Agree 100%. However, not a fan of the fact there is barely any lume. Additionally, I found it a little hard to read the time. Other than that, it is a really sharp looking watch. Seems more of a form over function thing though and for me, I really need both.

Yes, I agree. Its probably not a first and only Rolex for most people but certainly a really interesting ref in a collection. Like the Milgauss, the case size and depth is devisive but the Explorer style dial with green second hand and colour flashes on the dial are quite special.

I had a AK for a short time, wonderful watch, the weight is near perfect.
You need to see one in the flesh really, when you do, it is a stunning watch.
