Rolex datejust 41mm visual inspection

Found this piece at a pawn shop in Europe but it has no papers. Price is very reasonable but the guy won’t give me the SN.
Can you guys spot anything wrong? Name: IMG_4141.JPG

The stick markers seem a bit thick and I think my 41 has an o-ring on the inside of the crown.

You sure it’s a 41 and not a DJii?

Pretty sure that's a Datejust II. Proportions are not the same as a DJ41.

What is a "very reasonable" price?

It’s gone now. But it was in Livonia Michigan. It was rhodium dial with Roman numerals. I did see a two tone date just there today though.

Is this price less VAT or they keep the VAT? Several ADs in Europe will either give you the vat refund option or keep it and take off 15% off sticker so it may make more sense to buy a new DJ41. My step dad did just that this summer in Italy. Depends on final price of course.

If you have to ask us, then walk away. There are no deals for the average person. Just pay the market price at a reputable watch dealer. Come on brother!

Agree with those saying this is not a DJ41. It’s a DJ II. I wouldn’t buy without the chance to check serial number. And for no box or papers, I’m not sure $7K is that cheap.

If you’re not 100% sure and if you’re asking here then you’re not, walk away.
