I much prefer the GMT. The GMT feature is extrememly useful, and the watch has a date. The 58 is a great looking watch but on the small side and I'm not a fan of the fake patina in general.

The GMT is close to perfect for me and my 7.25" wrist. If you have a wrist on the smaller side maybe stick with the 58
