My last Company had a review/bonus policy which started then stopped, then was for certain grades only, then everyone, then no one, then the branch you worked in, only if you met targets sets so high that you have to climb a mountain to get to the starting point. Only once did I manage to actually get anything, wife got a car I bought a watch, a choice TAG or Omega, went with a Seamaster.
So many congratulations on getting a reward from your boss.
