16710 "Redo"
Thought some of you might be interested in seeing this.
After seeing the new GMT's on jubilee bracelets, I said to myself, that looks pretty dang cool. So I set out to source a jubilee specific to my watch. I was able to find one in unopened condition, never touched, sized, etc. Stickers still on. Pristine. I like the look. In my opinion, the watch takes on a "dressier" look. Wishing everyone a fun, joyous and safe holiday. PS Apologies on the pics, not the greatest...but you get the idea. |

Looks great!
I have a S series 16710 that originally came on a jubilee bracelet. After 25+ years of hard daily wear the bracelet was shot (you could practically tie it in a knot). It went for a full service a few months back and I had the RSC in NY replace the bracelet with a period-correct one (same as yours I believe). While these bracelets are not quite as well made/durable as the latest versions they certainly are nice. Again, your watch looks great with the new addition, enjoy it! Here's a quick pic of mine. |

Well done. Never would have thought of this without seeing the new GMTs.

Congratulations ! Looking good and classy
Although i have all the inserts and the oyster bracelet, that originally came with the watch, my 16710 is almost permanently on the jubilee bracelet the last decade. If i fancy the oyster bracelet i can always wear my other sport rolex. |

Looks great! I think I prefer it with the black insert on the 5-digit models. That's a good combination.
