Sawgrass mills- A sea of Rolexes

I was at the Sawgrass mall, Fortlauderdale today and for the first time, after getting hooked up into luxury watches, I saw a sea of rolexes worn by people. It was heartwarming to see so many people wearing this beautiful brand.... Every other person ( little exaggerated) was wearing a Rolex, predominantly DJs in multitude of variation, some Subs and a few Daytona and one BLRO. Men, women, sales associate, teenage kids...I was looking only at the watches people were wearing.. at one point of time, my wife had to say: Stop staring at people, it looks embarrassing
PS: Went to Tourneau and the store had a 6 and a 5 digit sub.Going rate for the 6 digit was 11.5k without box and papers.
They also had 2 BLROs and a lot of sea dwellers. All with no box and papers.

I wonder if they’re greying their own watches.

Every time I step into a Mitsuwa in LA, I see everyone wearing a Rolex too. DayDates, DSSDs, AirKings, Daytonas. It’s nice to see everyone wear a Rolex.

Btw, Mitsuwa is a grocery store.

I have never seen more Rolex in my life than south Florida. The watch game is strong down there.
