Safe travels, Nick! No shame in living a little. You can go for runs on the beach or do a lot of swimming to compensate. With all of the physical activity it'll be a good reason to eat more to fuel yourself. I'm sure they've got some "healthier" options you can have throughout the day too. Live it up and be as active as you can!

We love that region. Great golf and beaches. I like to workout hard early, eat a big breakfast and generally skip lunch. If we are golfing or hanging at the beach a protein bar mid day will hold me until dinner. Got to get those morning workouts in or I feel sluggish all day. Enjoy the trip.

Right on! That's what I have been drinking for 15yrs on my social hours! Exactly what I have been doing here, the fancy drinks are tempting but are loaded with sweets. Maybe a Negroni or two here and there, but vodka all the time.

The first couple of days at an all-inclusive resort, I eat like a maniac. After that, I settle into a pattern of two meals a day, a late breakfast and dinner. I do have a tough time passing up multiple delicious desserts though.

Eat what you like just keep up your activity levels.
Personally I like to hit the weights in the morning and hit the heavy bag or shadow box in the evenings.

Also, little decisions will add up. Take the stairs. Walk short distances etc etc. You'll maintain or maybe even lose..

Same. We mostly take active vacations. Mountain bike racing or riding through Costa Rica or the Colorado Rockies. Road riding through France and Italy. Trail running wherever we can. I can’t sit still too long. I feel like a lazy sack of.....
