Turnograph insert?

Hello,
This insert was installed on my grandfathers GMT in the 70’s after the Bakelite broke. I have not seen a turn o graph insert that does not have the “30” at the 6 o’clock position. Looking for some help identifying it.

He wanted to learn about it so he could preserve and honour it and then when the knowledge was gained it became available for sale lol
