Daily attire suit and tie > DJ41 with fluted bezel and on jubilee.

The DJ dresses up or down easily, whilst the BLNR remains a sport watch.

Being overdressed is always OK, underdressed however ....

The BLNR is the best way to go, it would be a great mix.

I have had a BLNR for 20 day's replaced a Submariner I wore daily for 12 years. Could not be happier, the Jubilee bracelet looks so much better when on your wrist then in photo's. I'm a pilot so I also get to actually use the watch for it's intended purpose. The Jubilee bracelet is the most comfortable I have ever worn. This watch can be used casual or full dress. The bezel is amazing although most like the Pepsi I feel the blue for day and black for night makes sense and not adding a 3rd color in my option makes the perfect watch.

See jed11 photo exactly what I referenced that the watch looks so much better on the wrist. I believe without light shining trough the bracelet it looks much less shiny. Many disagree but in my option Rolex did all the right things in 2019 with this watch.

And I’ve owned the BLNR version on the payer twice!!! The jubilee just sets this watch apart from the other sports models on oyster. I do have a 114060 so the oyster band itch is scratched by that

The BLNR is an excellent choice. Just tried on one w/ the jubilee bracelet and was very impressed.

Sell the OP. Buy a DJ41 jubilee fluted rhodium to replace it. You won’t be sorry. That will hold you over until the AD can get you a BLNR. But I would get a black sub. Those 2 watches will be all you need for any situation and the wait shouldn’t be long. You won’t lose much on the OP and the the difference you might lose will be a lot smaller then going grey.

That has to be one of the best pictures I've seen of two watches. Fantastic camera work. Loving the OP.

Absolutely love my BLNR the jubilee bracelet is the most comfortable of any watch I have ever worn. I've had the watch 33 day's and wear it daily just checked it against atomic clock and it has gained 2 seconds total in the 33 day's new movement is great.
