Not sure on this one, why has glue been used? A genuine one will surely just clip in?

Thank you for your oppinion. Where do you see glue. I thought there is only dirt on the backside of the insert; or do you mean there is glue behind the Tritium dot
 ?

I´m not sure if the second insert does have a fatter font and numbers or are they even?
