Curious if anyone else with an Rolex Explorer II 16570...
... has noticed a slight change in the lume coloring of markers. Mine is circa 1995, so now going on twenty five years. The markers seem to be ever so slightly less "white" to my eye.
Of course it could just be my imagination... |

I sold mine (F-serial so newer than yours) about a year ago and it still looked white, so I can’t speak first hand.
However, when I was searching for mine I came across numerous listings that appeared to have lume changing to an off-white/cream/yellow-ish color. Considering the way other watches have aged as posted on this forum, I’m sure yours is not abnormal. Great watch! White dial? I always thought the aged lume looked really nice against the white dial. |

It's pretty typical for all tritium lume dials to darken as they age.
