I'm pretty new to vintage Grand Seiko and looking to make my first purchase. I'm eyeing a Grand Seiko 62GS (6245 or 6246), and trying to assess the condition of this listing.

I'm comparing it to examples of the same model I know to be in pretty good condition, for example:

-This one from The Grand Seiko Guy
-This one from Hodinkee

Any thoughts on the eBay example above from you fine evaluators of condition would be much appreciated from this GS newbie.
