Finally, when I am not sure whether this is due to the 3285 movement, but the rotor sound is quite loud compared to other sports models, and when I shake it, it seems something is "swirling" inside. Are these normal for the watch? (I may be anxious and overthinking!)

Many thanks in advance!

That is all normal and expected.

Every Rolex movement I've owned makes a quiet but distinct tick tick tick sound when rotating the crown.

The hour hand is called a jumping hour hand and is made for quick time zone adjustment when traveling. It can be adjusted without stopping the movement.

The rotor is louder in all ceramic bearing watches including Rolex and omega.

Enjoy your 100% normal Pepsi.
