I received a huge box today by UPS. I opened it up and it is from Panerai in New York...very impressed by them and totally unexpected!

I have lots of watches from many different brands.

However, my close set of watch pal buddies who WhatsApp each other regularly all agree that when you walk into a Panerai boutique they make you feel special, like it's a privilege to serve you, the opposite of many high end chain stores. Likewise after service is great too.

The box is a great gesture.

I couldn't agree more , I really enjoyed my time at Panerai, tried different straps without being pushed to buy hard.
