Icon5 GMT Master II -116710LN with Explorer 2 Polar -16750

Do you think the pair complement each other for daily wear rotation?

Nice pair. Looks like you actually use the GMT hand as well.

I think the GMT is outstanding for daily wear. I guess I am biased because my daily wear watch is a GMT II. (My GMT hand is always set for my home timezone. I was in central timezone when this picture was taken).

Hi mate I wore the GMT LN daily for years it was my first Rolex. I think having been so lucky to have tried so many now I would say they are quite samey. However if you use the GMT for work daily it’s a must! Maybe if you like white dials and GMT you could try a SkyD? Or if you’d like a weekend watch maybe a Hulk or YM? Since the 3-4 years of GMT LN daily I’ve now had major successes with these colourful varieties and am on the waiting list for BLRO now. YMMV of course

Yes,

the 5 digit polar Explorer is very non-Rolex looking. The ceramic GMT screams Rolex. They complement each other very well.
Very cool and different watches, although they are both Rolex and have the same complications.
