Advice on 326935 RG Sky-Dweller Rhodium Dial

Hi guys,

Hope everyone is safe and well.

Popped into the local AD prior to the lockdown and asked the SA if they have anything I'd be interested in. He went to the back and bought out a 326935 RG Sky-Dweller with rhodium dial and told me this is a rare model they only present to valued customers.

The Sky-D hasn't been something I considered in the past as they aren't often mentioned (other than blue dial) or seen. But ever since I saw the RG Sky-D in the flesh I have been constantly thinking about it. I originally had my mind set on the RG GMT Master II 126715CHNR but my I think my heart and mind has deviated to the Sky-D already.

So my questions to fellow members are:

- Is the 326935 in Rhodium dial difficult to come by from an AD?
- What do you guys prefer - 126715CHNR or 326935?
- Should I purchase straight away after the lockdown (if its still available) or hold out to see to how PM models survive in the current market conditions?

Thanks in advance!

I can’t tell you when to buy, but it is stunning. I’d take it over the CHNR any day. Probably the best pm SkyD. Rare? I don’t know. My AD had one for a while. At that price they tend to stick around a bit.

Not an expert but looks like you can readily get an unworn box & papers watch from a reputable seller under msrp.

At close to $40k from grays - the amount of buyers would be very small. Make sure you get a good deal.

Not rare, I have seen multiple in cases over the past year.

Expensive but they look great, tough between the two you are mentioning because I think both are awesome, but if I had to vote, I would vote SkyD on this.

Tried it on but didn’t buy, here is a pic
