Right Dial on this 16233??

Good evening gents,

I stumbeld across this DJ 16233 no holes from 1995. Checked the machine and it´s a beatifully well mainatained 3135. All checks out however i´m unsure of the Dial. I´ve seen this Champagne Dial with two-toned Sticks on the previous 16013 but not on a 16233.
Therefore i´m a bit unsure about purchasing it. Could i get your opinion on this please?
