FS: 1997 Tudor Prince Date Chronograph “Tiger” 79280

I have for sale a 1997 Tudor Prince Date Chronograph reference 79280. This particular model has a steel bezel with an engraved tachymetric scale, and it bears a striking resemblance to its Rolex counterpart of the same era, the Rolex Daytona references 16520 and 116520. The “Tiger” is an ode to Tiger Woods, who at the time became an ambassador for Tudor. This silver dial is one of the many variants of the Tudor Tiger Chronographs, and still has a tritium dial with clean and round plots. The case has minor signs of use and remains in very good shape, with the exception of a ding on the lower right lug, It comes on a black leather strap with the original Tudor deployant clasp.

The movement housed is the extremely robust Valjoux 7750. I received the watch in a trade, so I do not have service history.

This comes with its inner box and outer box (with original 79280 sticker).
