Always use it.. with exception to the last several months for obvious reasons I travel alot for work, and I'm on multiple projects with project teams all over the world. Always good to track their time as well as my own.

Local time set as is. 24-hour hand set to GMT. Bezel set to GMT offset.

I am pleased to read that the pilots and, or, travelers here use the GMT for its intended purpose

How Many GMT Owners Use The Bezel?
I travel a lot and my parents are in the U.K., while I live 7 time zones away, so I use the bezel frequently. I also have a GMT Master — so the bezel is the only way I can track another zone!
