That’s not a normal noise. It actually sounds like the rotor weight has separated from its mounting and is just rattling around inside the case back.
I’ve got a ball raced rotor in my CHNR, and other watches for that matter, and none of them sound like that.
I wouldn’t shake it about anymore. Just set it down and get it to RSC.
