Dial / paperwork
Hi,
I am looking at purchasing a second hand rolex year 1991/1999. The seller is possibly swapping the dial for me and he says this will not effect any paper work if ever I go to sell it as the model of the watch is older. Can someone confirm if this is correct please? |

Depends on the watch.
Day Dates and Datejusts have dozens of dial possibilities and are changed all the time, as long as the dial is authentic. Some of the others may be impacted if folks are interested in "original" only.

As mentioned above depends on the watch. You didn't give enough information about the purchase. Does the watch have paperwork that describes the dial type or color? Maybe you should post up some pictures of what it is you are referring to and why are they doing a dial change now?
