Question about BLNR serial number

Hi everyone,

Interested in getting a 2018 preowned BLNR. Went to check out the piece and found the serial number to have Wxxxxxxx (x being numbers). To my knowledge, serial numbers after 2009/2010 are randomly mixed with numbers and letters intersperse. If this is the case, would that piece be a fake? Any experienced Rolex collectors be able to help?

Appreciate any comments. Thanks

Random is exactly that. Could be all numbers or letters, although we have not seen that yet.

letter prefix is common, total of 8 digits... zeros may be O's too.

Larry is spot on.
Random is RANDOM therefore can start with a letter.

I have one new model that starts with a G and one with an H. Another starts with an O.
It’s random

Random = random and therefore everything is possible.

Does the watch come with a warranty card and is the serial of the watch matching with the serial on the warranty card?
