Will a Tudor Black Bay Bezel Insert Fit a Submariner 14060 or 16610 Bezel?

Saw for the first time a Tudor Black Bay with a burgundy bezel. It looked cool. Will a Tudor bezel insert fit a Submariner bezel? I have both a 14060m and 16610.
